FLORENCE, Ala. — Florence Utilities will resume late fees and disconnections on Tuesday, May 26.
Customers must bring past due accounts up-to-date or call the Collection Department at 256-760-6525 to make payment arrangements immediately.
City Hall lobby is currently closed, and bills may be paid:
- through the drive-thru
- the dropbox on Short Court St./Side entrance
- online
