Huntsville police investigate three shootings that left two dead

Police are investigating three shootings involved six victims, two of whom have died.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Huntsville police are investigating three shooting that left two people dead with no suspects in custody.

According to HPD, the first shooting took place at the Fuel City on Drake Ave. Thursday night. Officers found a 16-year-old girl in a vehicle with a minor gunshot wound when they responded to calls of a possible drive-by shooting.

The second took place just after midnight (Friday morning) at 6500 Mastin Lake Road Suite B. There were four male victims between the ages of 38 and 53. According to police, two of them have died.

The third took place at 3705 Drake Ave at about 3:30 a.m. and left a 22-year-old woman with a non-life threatening gun shot wound.

None of the victims' names have been released and no suspects are reported to be in custody.
