Clift Farm is adding to its "southern style" with new Lakeside Plaza

Nothing But Noodles and Cookie Fix to be first tenants

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Huntsville commercial developer Leeland Ventures held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Lakeside Plaza at Clift Farm. The 10,000 square foot space will exude an elegant southern style with the traditional charm of the Clift Farm development. Located at 170 Uncle Frank Boulevard, Lakeside Plaza overlooks one of Clift Farm's glistening farm lakes in a picturesque setting.

It will be anchored by two delicious North Alabama favorites, Nothing But Noodles and Cookie Fix.

Situated beside Publix and the Ardent Daycare, along the commercial frontline of the upscale Clift Farm residential development, Suite C of Lakeside Plaza will offer an additional 5,470 sq. ft. of dark shell space, perfect for a restaurant, a retail store or even a medical practice.

“When we purchased the land and built the Ardent Preschool at Clift Farm, which opened last year, we knew the nearby lake was the perfect spot for a neighborhood-oriented retail center, much like those we built in Hampton Cove as it was beginning to grow,” said Leeland Ventures founder T.J. Lee. “Food, medical, personal services and retail are essential to a flourishing residential neighborhood, and we are continuing that strategy with Lakeside Plaza at Clift Farm.”

Home values in the Clift Farm development are in the $400,000 to over $750,000 price range. The average household income within a one-to-five-mile radius of Clift Farm is over $120,000.

The location is also conveniently located across from the Madison Hospital, and close to Cummings Research Park, Toyota’s west facility and Redstone Arsenal.

Leeland Ventures has been developing commercial and educational properties across Madison County for over 25 years, but the last few years have been tough on developers. "The ability for Huntsville to bring in the jobs and the people in the industry is just unique among the whole state of Alabama," Lee shares. "We are so thankful that that despite the economy, despite COVID, despite the supply chain and labor issues and things like that, that Huntsville and Madison County continue to grow.

The Lakeside Plaza project perfectly aligns with their dedication to improving neighborhoods. With an impressive history of successful developments in Madison County, including establishing neighborhood retail centers, Christian daycares, restaurants, and a wide array of other projects, Leeland Ventures is leaving their mark across North Alabama.

" There's not any other residential commercial development in Huntsville that I know of, like Clift Farm" Lee Shares. "This farm was in the family for four generations, and we honor Mr. Cliff with everything that we do. There's multifamily. There's residential going in all around us. I mean, if I was a young person, I'd want to be right in the middle of this every day."

From the vibrant suburban area of Hampton Cove to the charming traditions of Jones Valley and Clift Farm, to the cutting-edge technological atmosphere of Redstone Gateway, Leeland Ventures has consistently contributed to the diverse landscapes of Madison County.
