ATHENS, Ala. — A suspect in a November 15 shooting is behind bars.
According to Athens Police, Christopher Neco Burks was arrested on two warrants for attempted murder and discharging a fire arm into a vehicle.
The incident occurred on November 15, 2019 on Hines Street. There were no injuries in the incident.
Burks was booked at the police department and transferred to the Limestone County Jail.
