Alfa Insurance is helping Alabama customers impacted by COVID-19

In addition to payment relief, Alfa offers automobile discounts for many who serve their communities.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. — “We understand many customers’ jobs have been impacted by efforts to contain the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Alfa Insurance® President and CEO Jimmy Parnell. “The health and economic challenges facing our country are unprecedented, and we all must work together to defeat the virus and help our neighbors. We’re grateful for loyal customers and blessed to have the financial strength to help them weather this storm.”

Alfa Insurance is offering to temporarily suspend policy cancellations for not paying, and waiving late fees for policyholders in Alabama facing financial strain due to COVID-19.

This is available for Alfa automobile, property and life insurance policies. Requests will be reviewed based on individual circumstances. If you are facing financial difficulty, you should contact your agent or local service center.

Alfa offices are currently remaining open and continue to serve customers, by appointment only. Customers also can make payments, file a claim, access auto ID cards or request policy changes by registering their policies, calling 1-800-964-2532 or through the Alfa2Go mobile app.

Parnell said Alfa’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic is based on its core values of faith, family, community and integrity.
