RAINSVILLE, Ala. — The Rainsville Police Department has asked for the public's help locating a missing 14-year-old girl.
Emilia Lynn Newman was last seen on January 9 in the area of Kings Way in Rainsville, Alabama. Newman was described by police as having blonde or strawberry hair with green eyes, approximately 5-feet tall and 130 pounds.
