A Huntsville woman has been taken into custody Saturday afternoon following a high speed chase in Morgan County.
Morgan County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a suspicious person on a property in the Talucah Road area. According to authorities, once deputies located the individual, they were led on a high speed chase on Talucah Road and Chapman Hill Road. The vehicle stopped briefly before speeding off to HWY 36 West before ultimately losing control of the vehicle on Union Hill Road.
Deputies took Connie Lee House, 35, of Huntsville into custody with charges pending, including Attempting to Elude.
