Mayor Tommy Battle came out to the grand opening of the Drury Hotel in Huntsville today.
The mayor welcomed the company to Huntsville’s hospitality family at the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Drury Hotels is family owned and has over 150 hotels. The company used their own architects and local construction teams throughout the building process.
This new Huntsville property is the 5th Drury Hotel in Alabama.
Drury Regional Manager, Cory Clark, said, “There’s tremendous economic growth in Huntsville. We’re excited to be a part of that. There’s new businesses coming in every day, and the Huntsville Economic Council is very aggressive in what they are doing here, and we are just excited to be a part of it.”
Drury Inn & Suites is located at Madison Pike near the Space & Rocket Center and has 187 guest rooms.
