A scary situation in Texas after a barge crash that closed down an interstate.
Swift currents caused by flooding from tropical storm Imelda broke loose several barges on the San Jacinto River, sending two slamming into the I-10 bridge. This drone video shows the damage underneath. The interstate could be closed for months.
