HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The Rocket City Trash Pandas reopened their doors this morning at a new location. Previously, the Emporium was located inside the Bridge Street Town Centre, beside the Apple Store. Now the store has moved to a larger location at Bridge Street.
Today, Trash Pandas CEO Ralph Nelson was joined by hundreds of fans to show off the new location of the Emporium. The store can now be found at the former Michael Kors location, next to Moe’s Southwest Grill.
In the wake of the substantial growth and record-breaking merchandise sales, this re-location provides double the amount of square footage for fans.
“The Trash Pandas Emporium has achieved more than $1.25 million in sales since opening at Bridge Street last November,” said Nelson. “If we hear one constant comment, it has been that the store is always crowded. The new location should ease that problem in plenty of time for back-to-school shopping and the holiday season.”
A day-long Grand Re-Opening Celebration was held all day Monday. It featured music, temporary tattoos, merchandise giveaways and more. The first 300 people to attend the celebration also received an official Rocket City Trash Pandas lanyard. A door prize of merchandise was also awarded to lucky customers every two hours. All official licensed Trash Pandas merchandise, including official replica jerseys, New Era on-field caps, t-shirts, outerwear, unique novelties and much more are available for purchase at the new store.
Remaining Authentic Jersey Experience packages are available for purchase at the discounted price of $199 on Monday (in-store purchases only).
The Trash Pandas Authentic Jersey Experience, which offered fans the opportunity to purchase authentic inaugural jerseys cut from the same cloth as team uniforms, was also available for $199 Monday (in-store only). The whole package included the personalized jersey, a locker for the day in the team locker room, an opportunity to take batting practice on the field and a post-game meal for participants and two guests in the Stadium Club. After Monday, the package will be offered for $249, while supplies last through the end of the year.

The Rocket City Trash Pandas is the Double-A Minor League Baseball afiliate of the Los Angeles Angels.
Opening Day is set for April 15, 2020 at the Trash Pandas Stadium located at Town Madison.
