New restaurants coming to Town Madison by spring 2022

Town Madison was built with the goal of bringing entertainment to the Madison County area.

MADISON, Ala. — Five new restaurants are coming to the Town Madison Shopping center by spring 2022, providing more dining options for shoppers and fans of the Rocket City Trash Pandas.

"We are really excited about it right here is the site for the Outback Steakhouse," said Breland Companies spokesperson Joey Ceci. "Right on the other side of those guys, you can see a new three restaurant buildings being constructed it will have a Super Chix, a Five Guys and a brand new restaurant called Prohibition."

Town Madison was built with the goal of bringing entertainment to the Madison County area. Ceci said these new additions are much needed.

"We have always known it needed a strong restaurant component, especially when you look at the population of Madison south of 565, they are so underserved with restaurants," said Ceci. "Plus, it makes it that place to go."

South of I-565, there are thousands of homes, but the closest sit-down restaurant would be in Bridgestreet.

In the future, Ceci said he hopes that Town Madison will be the go-to place to eat, live, shop and be entertained with the Trash Pandas playing ball right across the street.

According to Ceci, Town Madison will also be convenient for people who work at Redstone Arsenal.

"This location here is conveniently located on Zierdt Road, so great access to traffic," said Ceci. For the people that work on the Arsenal, this will be the closest and quickest place for them to come to lunch and go back to work."
