Kuner also wants to remind travelers that some delays or cancelations may be a result of weather conditions at other airports and or because a flight could not get here for whatever reason.
Huntsville International is also a diversion airport. This means that it is centrally located and available for flights that are en route to other airports to land here in the event that weather does not permit them to land where originally intended.
