Marvel teams up with Rocket City Trash Pandas in new partnership

The new promotional series, "Marvel's Defenders of the Diamond," will include 95 MiLB along with the Trash Pandas.

MADISON, Alabama — The Rocket City Trash Pandas are teaming up with Marvel Entertainment in a new partnership with Minor League Baseball (MiLB).

The new promotional series, "Marvel's Defenders of the Diamond," will include 95 MiLB along with the Trash Pandas. As a part of the series, the Trash Pandas will host a "Defenders of the Diamond" night during the 2022 season in which players will wear limited edition jerseys with a unique Marvel-themed Trash Pandas logo.

Additionally, will have access an exclusive comic series that's being created specifically for this partnership.

"The joint forces of Marvel and Minor League Baseball will also feature co-branded merchandise and other surprises, to be unveiled in 2022," the Trash Pandas said.

The Trash Pandas say the promotional campaign is set to start on April 12 when Rocket City hosts the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. More information about the partnership can be found on the Trash Pandas' website.
