Each week at a gym in West Hollywood, veterans and former athletes come together to train and talk – this is MVP.
“We’re taking former combat vets [and] we’re merging them together with former pro athletes to give them a new team for when the transition comes,” FOX NFL insider Jay Glazer says.

Each session begins with thirty minutes of training, followed by “the huddle.”
The end goal? Making sure each of them know they’re not going through this alone.
