The goal is to lose 10 pounds between the scale-in at the end of January and the weigh-out the week of April 6. To register you have to be at least 18 years old, be a team of 2 when you sign up, and there are a few more health guidelines. The team of two is to make sure that you have someone there that will encourage you to keep going and complete the challenge.

There will be sites to weigh in and out at across Huntsville. Click here to find your nearest weight-in site.

If both you and your partner lose 10 pounds in the nine weeks, you are entered to win cash prizes, with winners being randomly drawn from the pool of eligible teams. All individuals who complete the challenge, regardless of if your teammate did, are also entered to win cash prizes, but they are smaller than the team prizes.
