The music of the Rolling Stones has reached countless people, earning them the moniker of “the world’s greatest rock and roll band.”

But now their influence is extending far beyond just this world.

NASA named a golf-ball sized rock on the red planet the “Rolling Stones rock.” A scientist gave it the name because when the Insight Lander touched down back in November, its thrusters blew the rock about three feet.

That’s the farthest a stone has ever rolled during a landing on another planet. Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger appears smitten with the honor.
