More than two pound of methamphetamine were seized in Franklin County on Sunday, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
ALEA Drug Task Force agents and deputies from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, the Franklin County District Attorney’s Office, and Russellville Police Department conducted a search warrant on Aycock Loop near Russellville and found more than two pounds of crystal methamphetamine.
Cindy Zamora was arrested and charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine. She is currently in the Franklin County Jail.

This is the second significant arrest for meth in Franklin County this month. On July 18, Marcos A. Lagos was taken into custody in Russellville and charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine after he was allegedly found to have 12oz of crystal methamphetamine and 3 grams of powder.
