For many children, meeting Santa is an exciting time, but for other children, sitting in Santa’s lap in a mall can be a stressful experience.
Tomorrow in Huntsville, children with sensory sensitivities will have the chance to connect with Santa for free.
Madison Behavior Therapy is partnering with Kulture City to make offer this experience with Santa for local kids. It will be going on from 12:30PM to 5:30PM on Saturday at the Meeting House in Providence. Parents can go online and register for a free ticket at the event website and select a time for their child to meet with Santa.
Children will get a five minute interval in a living room with Santa Claus, where there will also be a therapist from Madison Behavior Therapy along with a professional photographer, who will take photos for the families. Children and their siblings will also get a free gift from Santa.
