E-cigarette maker Juul is facing more backlash from the feds and McDonald’s is bringing back its shamrock shake, but only for a very limted group of customers.
The FDA is putting the Juul on notice, claiming it has ignored the law by marketing its products as safer than cigarettes. According to the agency, Juul targeted children on social media and could face fines or other consequences. Juul says it will fully cooperate with the FDA.
McDonald’s is bringing back fan favorite shamrock shakes, but there’s a catch. They’re only coming back in Philadephia and only to mark the start of the Eagles’ football season.
