A Florence woman has been arrested for DUI and assault after a wreck injured four people Saturday.
Florence Police responded to a wreck with injuries on Oct. 19 at Helton Dr. and Bradshaw Dr. When officers arrived, they located four injured victims who where then transported to the hospital.
Officers determined that Andrea Harrison, 40, was one of the drivers involved in the wreck and was impaired. Harrison was charged with DUI and 2nd Degree Assault. When officers conducted a search of her and her purse, they found methamphetamines along with pills that were not prescribed to her.
Harrison was charged with DUI, four counts of 2nd Degree Assault, and four counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. She is currently held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center on a $17,000 bond.
