Getting too little sleep is bad for you, apparently so is getting too much.
We’ve known that sleeping fewer than six hours raises heart attack risk by 20 percent, but a new study shows getting more than nine hours raises the risk by 34 percent.
Researchers found the range for healthy sleep was between six to nine hours.
