New research shows women who get up early have a slightly reduced risk of developing breast cancer.
Researchers found night owls and women who sleep longer than the suggested seven or eight hours night have a slightly increased risk of breast cancer and women who are considered morning people were found to have slightly lower risk of breast cancer than the night owls.
More research is necessary before doctors can make a specific recommendation.
