LIVING CHRISTMAS TREE

You hear them and you probably sing along every year. Christmas carols are a big holiday tradition, and one of the most famous was introduced in 1818.

Carolers sang “Silent Night, Holy Night” for the first time 200 years ago, and today, carolers at the First Baptist Church in Huntsville celebrated the song at the Living Christmas Tree performance.

To honor the carol’s anniversary, the theme phrase for this year’s Living Christmas Tree is “With the angels let us sing.”
