The National Weather Service has confirmed storm damage in Cullman, Colbert and Lawrence counties.
There were a few reports of storm damage in Cullman county. One was a Jet Pep’s corporate office.
Jet Pep’s corporate office located on Highway 278 East, near the intersection of County Road 1682 in Holly Pond, could not withstand the strong wind and rain that moved across North Alabama Thursday.
In the back where the petroleum trucks are stored, you can see the roof was taken off of the storage building. The only thing remaining is the wooden frame of the roof.
The main office building remained intact. The National Weather Service also confirmed damage to White City Community Center in Hanceville.
There were also power outages in many areas of Cullman County.
