Subject: 12-29-18 West 3rd Incident Report
Incident: Shooting into Occupied Vehicle
 Case: 2018-33711
Date/ Time: 12-29-18/ 2300hrs
Location: 101 Cypress Creek Rd 
Offender(s): Unk B/M’s
Victim: Xxxxxx xxxxxxx 37 YOA
Injuries: None

 Summary: The victim stated that he was sitting in the passenger seat of his 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis when unknown subjects fired at his vehicle.  He didn’t notify police.  Officers were dispatched to the area for a shots fired call and located the listed vehicle that it had five bullet holes in it.  They tried to make contact at the listed location but the residents didn’t want to talk to officers and refused to answer  questions.  The victim responded to the scene and wouldn’t give any further information to officers.   Investigation is ongoing. 

Robbery 3rd-Street-Gun

Location:  Poplar Avenue at Artic Street
Time: 12/28/18  1805 hours
Victim: xxxxxxx  06/07/53  New Market
Offender(s): 2 unknown b/ms 
Injuries: None
Summary: The victim pulled into the Northwoods housing project to “walk off a meal he just ate”. As he was walking two unknown black males approached him brandishing guns. The victim gave the offenders everything he had including his truck keys. The victim stated that he made a spontaneous statement “there is $xxxxxx. 00 dollars in my truck” in an attempt to draw attention away from himself. The offenders then ran to his truck and drove off in his vehicle. The investigation is on-going.


Robbery 1st – Residence – Knife                Case #2018-33629
Victim: Xxxxxxxxx    B/F     9-20-40 (78 Y.O.A.)
Location: 1003 Council Street
Time: 0730 hours
Offender: Unknown B/M, Approx. 20 Y.O.A.
Victim was taking out several trash bags from her residence and placing them curbside when a young b/m approached her and offered his assistance.  Victim accepted the assistance and the offender assisted the victim in taking several bags from the residence to the curb.  Once they finished the offender followed the victim back inside her residence and the victim gave him $5 for his assistance.  The offender then placed a knife to the back of victims neck and demanded all of her money.  The victim gave the offender more cash. The offender then began looking through the residence for items of value and the victim was able to get outside and summon assistance.  The offender fled on foot prior to arrival of police.
