News

If you’re driving down University drive in Huntsville, chances are you’ve seen a man holding a sign with words of encouragement.

Caleb Snell held up a sign that read "you are loved" as drivers crossed the busy intersection of University and Jordan.

Wednesday, Caleb Snell held up a sign that read, “You are loved,” as drivers crossed the busy intersection of University and Jordan. Snell first started holding signs with uplifting phrases last year, when he was dealing with depression. He picked up the signs two months ago after taking a break. Snell says it’s a way to remind himself that he is loved.

“If you’re struggling, feeling inadequate or unworthy, or whatever the case is, try loving on someone else and I promise you, the love that you get will come back 10 fold,” said Caleb Snell.

There have been other folks who have joined the #youareloved movement after seeing Snell holding up the signs. Snell says he hopes the movement spreads nationwide.
