First responders survey possible tornado damage in Jackson County

ESCATAWPA, Miss. (WKRG) — First responders are surveying the damage in Escatawpa after what’s believed to be a tornado moved through the area early Sunday morning.

Preliminary reports have 13 homes damaged, according to officials who say most damage is minor.

No injuries have been reported.
