Dinosaurs move to the Rocket City

The kids may not be out of school just yet, but one local attraction has you covered when summer break does arrive.

The Huntsville Botanical Gardens unveiled its Dinosaur Uproar Alive Exhibit this month.

Besides looking incredibly real, the dinos can interact with visitors by moving and making noises.

Officials say that this exhibit is just one of the many ways that kids can learn and have fun at the same time while at the garden this summer.

Katelyn Henderson, Marketing Manager, says, “The garden is a great place to bring your children during the summer, to get them outdoors, to get them in the environment and to see educational, fun exhibits. You can’t get this anywhere else. It’s wonderful to have for the Huntsville community.”

For all those dinosaur lovers out there, this weekend is all about you though.

On top of the Botanical Gardens, you can get your dino fix at the Discover the Dinosaurs: Unleashed Exhibit that will be at the Von Braun Center on both Saturday as well as Sunday.
