Person was arrested by the FBI in September on six counts of conspiracy and fraud. He is alleged to have received up to $91,500 in payments to ensure Auburn players would sign with a certain agent, Rashan Michel, in the Atlanta area.

In the 32-page complaint by the U.S. Attorney’s office against Person, the assistant coach was “charged with bribery conspiracy; solicitation of bribes and gratuities; conspiracy to commit honest services fraud; honest services wire fraud; conspiracy to commit wire fraud; and travel act conspiracy.”
