It’s the final day of the 12 Strays of Christmas series but you still have the chance to give a pet a forever home.
Kovu is a five-year old tabby who craves attention, but the little fur ball doesn’t quite know how to ask for it.
“He’s very cautious with people when he first meets them but then once he spends some time with them he warms up pretty quick,” said Katie Cline, animal care technician with the Greater Huntsville Humane Society.
Kovu is sweet and affectionate once he’s comfy in a situation, just like he’s comfy in his kitty chair at the shelter.
“Honestly I love him because he’s such a big baby,” Cline said. “Once he realizes he can trust you he kind of rolls on his back and wants his belly scratched. He’s so sweet.”
Adopt Kovu from the Greater Huntsville Humane Society so you and your kitty can keep each other warm for the holidays.
