SkyLift Park, SkyBridge to reopen in time for Memorial Day weekend

The park was originally slated to open on May 29.

GATLINBURG, Tenn. — The Gatlinburg SkyLift Park and SkyBridge announced it is reopening on Friday, May 22.

This decision comes based on the recent announcement from the state allowing larger attractions to open on May 22. The park was originally slated to open on May 29.

All guests visiting the park are encouraged, though not required, to wear a protective face covering and will provide masks to those who need them, according to the park. Lift chairs and handrails will be sanitized multiple times daily, and the number of guests will be controlled for greater spacing.

To see all the new operating policies, visit the park's updated health and safety page.
