BIRMINGHAM, Ala. –  The Southwestern Athletic Conference released its 2019 All-SWAC Teams on Thursday with Alabama A&M’s Abdul-Fatai Ibrahim, Texas Southern’s Donnie Corley, Jackson State’s Keonte Hampton, and Alcorn State’s Felix Harper and head coach Fred McNair receiving individual honors. 

Alabama A&M’s Abdul-Fatai Ibrahim was named the SWAC Freshman of the Year after ranking in the top five in the league in receiving yards (1004), receiving touchdowns (11), receptions per game (5.4 rpg), and receiving yards per game (91.3 ypg). Ibrahim was one of only three receivers in the league to accumulate over 1,000 yards.
