The Recycling Alliance of North Alabama began phase four cart deliveries this week for residents who signed up for the program.
There’s still time to join the other 69,000 households who have signed up for recycling service. It’s a free, opt-in service funded by the Solid Waste Disposal Authority (SWDA) of the City of Huntsville.
According to RANA, all eligible Huntsville, Madison, and Madison County residents wishing to participate in this new recycling program must register for the service and the new 95/96 gallon cart. If households are already participating in the recycling program currently offered by SWDA, they still must register for the new service.
Deliveries will last for the next few weeks.
