A pedestrian-involved hit and run occurred early Saturday morning, June 1, in Cullman County.
ALEA State Troopers are investigating a crash that happened early Saturday morning in Cullman County near the Rock the South event.
Authorities say the driver of the vehicle fled the scene after hitting a pedestrian. The pedestrian is a 30-year-old Cullman man, and is in stable condition at UAB Hospital in Birmingham.
