Outdoor Alabama is holding a series of educational seminars to update hunters about the state’s Game Check program.
All Alabama hunters are required to check deer and turkey through the Game Check program.
This program is mandatory for the 2017-2018 hunting season.
A free seminar will be held at Cabela’s in Huntsville on Saturday, September 30th from 4pm-6pm.
All hunters are encouraged to attend to find out what was learned from the first year of Mandatory Game Check and what is new for the 2017-2018 hunting season.
The seminar will be hosted by Chuck Sykes, Director of Wildlife & Freshwater Fisheries.
