No charges will be filed against a dad who’s twin boy died in a hot car last week.
In a press conference today, Oxford police say they will not be filing charges against 45-year-old Nathan Jordan. Officers were called Friday to Sunny King Honda in Oxford, when they arrived, they found an 11-month-old boy dead.
Police say the boy’s dad left him and his twin sister in a hot car for over three hours. So far this year, 48 children have died in hot cars nationwide. The Oxford death was the second in Alabama this year.
