LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Newsfeed Now has joined colleagues in Mobile, Alabama who have rallied behind a co-worker who’s fighting cancer.
During Friday’s program, we met Jennifer Rogers. She’s the assignment editor for television station WKRG.
She recently dyed her hair blue (the color of Colon Cancer Awareness), right before her first chemo treatment.
Some of her co-workers took her cue and used blue hairspray on their own hair to show support.
Newsfeed Now Host Aaron Nolan got in on the action by putting on a blue wig, which brought a big smile to Jennifer’s face. (Watch in the attached video).
We join her co-workers in sending prayers for a victory against the disease.
