We told you a couple weeks ago that two local pizza makers were going to the Marco’s Pizza Fast and Accurate Contest.
Well, Madison’s Darren Ezzo took home the top prize in the national competition in Toledo, Ohio.
Last year Ezzo actually got third place. This year he took first place with a final score 45.73 seconds, edging out the second-place finisher by less than one-tenth of a second!
Nicole Conwell from Decatur got 7th place.
