A Madison County man was arrested on five counts of possession of child pornography after a month-long investigation. It started after the Madison County Sheriff’s Office received a tip from another law enforcement agency.
Sean Jeffery Bayman was arrested on July 10. Electronic devices were seized when a search warrant was executed at his residence, and according to the sheriff’s office, forensic investigation revealed several images of child pornography.
Bayman’s bond was set at $10,000 per charge. He made bond and was released from the Madison County Jail.
The sheriff’s office says no other information is available at this time and reminds the public that Bayman’s arrest was based on probable cause and he is to be presumed innocent until deemed otherwise by the judicial system.
