Election 2020: Local organizations to host North Alabama voter registration clinics

Don't forget to bring a valid photo ID if you attend one of these events.

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama — Multiple voter registration drives have been scheduled by different local organizations in preparation for the November election.

Some of the groups holding voting clinics include the League of Women Voters of the Tennessee Valley, Vote Huntsville, Vote Gone Viral and United Women of Color Huntsville.

Don't forget to bring a valid photo ID if you attend one of these events.

Here are some upcoming voter registration and voter services drives:

  • September 26
    • Drive-up Voter Services Clinic hosted by the League of Women Voters of the Tennessee Valley
    • 10 a.m to 2 p.m.
    • Located at the Seminole Boys & Girls Club in Huntsville, 125 Earl Street SW
  • September 26
    • Voter Registration Clinic hosted by Vote Huntsville, Vote Gone Viral and United Women of Color Huntsville
    • 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
    • Located at House of Hope and Restoration
  • September 27
    • Voter Registration Rally hosted by Vote Gone Viral and United Women of Color Huntsville
    • 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Located at Oakwood University, Adventist Boulevard NW
  • October 1
    • Drive-up Voter Services Clinic hosted by the League of Women Voters of the Tennessee Valley
    • 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
    • Located at America's Thrift Store in Decatur, 2812 Spring Ave.
  • October 3
    • Vote Gone Viral and United Women of Color Huntsville Biker Rally
    • 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    • Located at Durdy Boyz MC,  7200 Stringfield Road NW
  • October 3
    • Drive-up Voter Services Clinic hosted by the League of Women Voters of the Tennessee Valley
    • 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    • Located at Madison Public Library, 142 Plaza Blvd.
