Still Serving Veterans provides resources to veterans in North Alabama

The Huntsville organization serves more than 1,200 veterans so far and has provided $2.3 million in benefits.

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama — Still Serving Veterans is an organization whose mission is to provide veterans and their families resources in North Alabama.

The Huntsville organization serves more than 1,200 veterans so far and has provided $2.3 million in benefits.

Some of the services the organization offers include career and transitioning services, educational workshops, VA claims, pensions and benefits assistance and individually tailored, relationship-based counseling.

Still Serving Veterans CEO and President Paulette Risner says the resources they provide make sure that every veteran they work with is sent to someone they trust.
