THP: One juvenile hurt after ATV rollover crash in Cedar Creek Road area

The driver of the ATV lost control while on Mariner Point Road according to THP.

ST JAMES, Tenn. — The Tennessee Highway Patrol has released the identity of the driver in the ATV accident.  

According to THP, the driver of the Polaris XP4 1000 was Jeffery Flora, 43, of Lebanon, Ohio.

There were two juvenile passengers and one was hurt, said THP. 

According to the report, this was a single-vehicle accident after Flora lost control of the ATV while traveling west on Mariner Point Road. THP said the ATV came to an uncontrolled final rest on it's right side in the roadway. 


Emergency responders said one person was flown to the hospital via Lifestar Wednesday night after an ATV crash in the Cedar Creek Road area, near LaFollette.

Reports initially said only one ATV was involved in the crash and that it happened near the intersection of Cedar Creek Road and Mariner Point Road.

Information about the causes of the crash, the condition of the person or any identifying information was not initially available.
