Nurse shares letters and pictures sent by local kids

UAB Hospital's chief of nursing shared encouragement sent by Birmingham-area children.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala — The support from the Birmingham community, state of Alabama and beyond has been overwhelming for the front line hospital workers battling the coronavirus pandemic at UAB.

UAB Hospital’s Chief Nursing Officer Terri Poe, RN, recently received letters and notes of support from children of the Birmingham area.
