DECATUR, Ala. — Two men charged with capital murder in the killing of seven people in Morgan County are back in Alabama.
John Michael Legg, 19 of Danville and Frederic Allen Rogers, 23 of Hartselle were arrested in Oregon in connection with the June 4 murders.
According to the Morgan County Sheriff's Office, the pair were transported to Birmingham by a Prisoner Transport Service. Upon arrival, they were taken into custody by Morgan County Sheriff Deputies, who escorted them back to Morgan County. They arrived at the Morgan County Jail at approximately 10:35pm and were booked into the facility without incident.
