Huntsville Parks and Recreation easing restrictions

More outdoor courts, parks, and the Huntsville Aquatics Center will reopen.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Update: Starting Tuesday May 26, Huntsville will be opening more parks and recreation centers. Playgrounds, splash pads, and aquatic facilities can open as well as team athletic practices. 

On June 8 weight rooms can open and on June 14 athletic competitions will be allowed.

Starting Monday, May 18th, Huntsville Parks and Recreation will ease their restrictions even more.

More outdoor courts, parks, and the aquatics center will reopen. Visitors must still follow social distancing guidelines and are encouraged to wear masks.
