COVID-19 impacts college admissions

With SAT and ACT testing delayed, some colleges are changing their admission requirements.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala — COVID-19 has not only impacted high school senior's graduations and proms, it's also impacting how they get into college.

Normally students would have taken the SAT and ACT in early April. Now it will be at least mid-June before they can take them, so some state colleges are allowing students to apply relying solely on their grades, an essay, and community service.
