A Huntsville woman is holding a fundraiser to help raise money to get herself a wheelchair accessible van.

32-year-old Scarlett Chandler has Spina Bifida and has been in a wheelchair her whole life. She hopes to become more independent, go to college, and then get a job to support her family. She says that she believes God has a plan for her.
