Humphrey’s Bar & Grill in Downtown Huntsville is now back open with a new and improved kitchen.
The restaurant was forced to close in April after a fire destroyed the kitchen. They opened back up in June with a limited menu.
Now that the kitchen is complete, they’re back up and running as they were before the fire. Workers say new additions have been made to the kitchen, including more fire extinguishers.
Bar Manager, Jackie McGill, said, “We took the time that we needed before, because as we’ve grown over the years, the kitchen couldn’t really grow, so we’ve taken the time to buy new fryers that are bigger and better, just make a lot of improvements.”
To celebrate the kitchen opening, they’re having a Halloween party with live music this Saturday night.
