If you want to show your gratitude for their bravery and hard work, the hospital is asking that you leave a message telling them why you are thankful for health care employees.

"Our employees are stretched thin, with many working for days without a break, and we think Valentine’s Day is a great time to send them a big 'thank you,'” the hospital said in a Facebook post.

Valentine's Day cards, candy or goodies can be sent to hospital employees by mailing them to Felicia Lambert at 700 W. Market Street in Athens, Alabama, 35611.
