A Florence resident’s photo has gone viral for all the right reasons.
Mary Tice says she was at a TJ Maxx store when some sort of incident broke out. The little girl in this photo became very upset.
Police were called and this officer chose to focus on the child. He asked her to pick out a backpack and then he bought it for her.
Mary wrote that this little girl was shown love and kindness by a stranger in uniform and she will probably remember it for the rest of her life.
